  • Introduction
    PT. Harta International Investama (HII) is a Limited Liability Company engaged in financial services, particularly in the field of futures trading. As an officially registered Commodities Trader operating in Indonesia, HII was established in accordance with and based on Law Number 32/1997 concerning Commodity Futures Trading and Government Regulation (PP) Number 9/1999 concerning the Implementation of Commodity Futures Trading.
  • Legal Basis of Company Establishment
    Other provisions that serve as the basis for the establishment of PT. Harta International Investama include Presidential Decree Number 12/1999 concerning Commodities Eligible as Futures Contract Subjects, as well as various technical regulations in the form of Decisions by the Head of the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (BAPPEBTI) ranging from Number 1 to 19, which regulate the technical procedures of trading and the institutions within the Commodity Futures Exchange.
  • Operational History
    PT. Harta International Investama is headquartered in Jakarta. Its Articles of Association are contained in Deed Number 13, dated March 2, 2000, which was executed before notary Agus Madjid, SH in Tebet Jakarta Sahari.
  • Regulatory Approval
    PT Harta International Investama commenced its operations as a Commodities Trader since March 2014, equipped with complete supporting facilities and infrastructure. It is supported by highly skilled personnel and has obtained full approval from the relevant government authorities in the Republic of Indonesia, including the Self-Regulatory Organization (SRO) involved.
